Creating a Custom Mail id
In order to appear as a professional in Business aspects, that business should a custom mail id.
By having Custom mail id mentioning your business/blog name in mail id which leads to increasing the awareness of your business / blog.
For Example, if your business/blog name is Dinesh Tutor - dineshtutor.com, then we can create a Custom Mail id as info@dineshtutor.com
Info is a name that you want to mention in an email whereas the dineshtutor.com is the Domain name.
We can create Custom Mail Id from different resources mainly we can go for Paid (G Suite, Blue Host)or Free(Zoho - Mail) process.

Following are the steps for creating a Custom mail id using G Suite:
Firstly, we should have a purchased domain name - as you can purchase a domain name from different websites (Godaddy, Big Rock, etc).
Search in Google - G Suite
Open the G Suite.
Click on Start a Free Trial.
Give your basic details of you and your business / blog.
Select one of them whether you have Domain or not.
Enter your Domain Name.
Click on Next.
Mention how to sign in to the account and click on Agree and Continue.
Click on Go to Setup.
Click on Next.
Click on Activate.
Click on Sign in to Activate.
Login to your Domain Purchased account - Godaddy Account
Click on Authorize - We are giving permission for google.com to check whether those domains owned by us or not.
By Clicking on the Switch Verification Method.
Select Manual Activation and click on Next.
Click on Continue.

Follow the step by step process as mentioned in the above images.
Go to your Godaddy Account - Sign in
Click on your domain name and click on DNS
Under DNS Management we have to add the given Mx Records by clicking on ADD at the bottom.
After adding the given records in DNS Management, at last, you will get the Mx Verification code that you have to copy it and add that MX Record in DNS management and mentioning it as a priority as 15.
After adding all the MX records in DNS management - Click on Activate Gmail.

If you want you can create the new users - by clicking on Create Accounts or you can click on a skip for now.

Under free trial (14-days) we can add up to 10 users - Click on Continue to create 10 users.
Click on Add Another user - Enter Details of the person.
After entering the details of another user and click on the Save user.
Click on Continue.
In order to share the Email login info, we can share this information by sending an Email to users - Click on Mail button.
Enter the person mail address and also Click on Send an Email to yourself, so that both of them will get a mail regarding setting up an email password for Custom mail id.
Click on Send.
An email will be sent to them and click on FinishIf you want you can send a Test Mail by clicking on Send Test Mail.
If you want to add any users or to update any users you can add or update by clicking on Update.
After creating a Custom Mail Id login to your custom mail id and now you can start sending emails to customers by using Custom mail id.

Click on Accept - you will be able to see the following page:
