How to Create an Account in Zoho and also create a Custom Mail id in Zoho?
Sign in to your Gmail account.
Search in Google - Zoho Mail
Click on Pricing.
After clicking on Pricing you will be able to see the following page:
Click on Forever free plan you will be able to see that option by Scrolling Down.
Click on Sign Up Now. After clicking on Signup now the following page appears.
Give your purchased domain address and click on ADD.
After clicking on ADD you will see the following page and Give Required Details as it asked, checkmark the Terms and conditions and click on Proceed.
After clicking on Proceed.
Click on Sign Up.
After clicking on Sign up we will see the following page.
You will get an OTP to your Mobile Number which was mentioned in Registration Details.
After entering the OTP, Click on Verify Mobile.
After Clicking on Verifying Mobile we will see the following page:
Select one of the above and click on Install in case you selected OneAuth (Recommended), Click on Send Code in case you selected Mobile Number and at last Click on Verify in case you selected the Google Authentication.
After Clicking on Send Code we will see the following page:
Enter Your Password and click on Confirm Password.
Click on Remind me Later.
Click on Add Email Address
Enter your Email Address and click on Add.
Enter the OTP - you will get a mail from Zoho as a Subject: Zoho Verification Code
Click on Verify.
After clicking on Verify you will see the following page:
Now we have created an account in Zoho.
Now search Zoho Mail in Google.
Open Zoho.com/mail.
Now click on Access the Zoho Mail.
Now select one of the options which are mentioned - as we are having the purchased domain address - select the 2nd option and enter the Captcha shown in an image.
After entering the text in the text box from the image shown - Click on the Proceed.
As we already registered through our domain name - now click on the Back to Home.
Now select the First option - Before this click on Add Domain.
Enter Domain Address which you purchased and click on OK.
After Clicking on OK - We will see the page as follows:
Click on Verify Domain.
After clicking on Verify domain - we will see the page as follows:
Now Choose one from the Drop-down list:
After selecting one from the list - which website we have purchased the Domain.
After selecting from the list you will see as follows:
Add the given Records on the website from where you purchased the domain name.
Example: As I mentioned my domain name, selected the Godaddy from the list so that able to see the records to be added in my domain DNS Management.
Go to the Godaddy Website - click on Domain - Click on DNS - Click on Add Records.
Now add the records as shown in the Zoho domain Verification
As there TXT, CNAME, HTML methods - you can choose any of the methods and follow the instructions as shown there.
After adding the Records in Godaddy - Domain - DNS.
Then after click on the Verify by TXT in case you have added the TXT Records
Click on Verify by CNAME in case you have added the CNAME Records.
It takes some time to verify.
Check again after some time, a page will be displayed as follows:
Now enter your custom name for custom mail id with your domain name.
If you want to add users we can add users up to 5 for one account by clicking on Proceed to Add Users.
Otherwise, click on Skip.
After Adding Users then click on Next.
If you want to create groups you can create the groups by clicking on Proceed to Create Groups, then after creating groups click on Next.
In order to Deliver the Emails - so add the MX Records in Domain Name Provider.
After adding the MX Records in Domain Name Provider then click on Next.
Click on Skip.
If you want to do Email migration then click on Proceed to Migrate otherwise click on Skip.
If you want access for Mobile, then click on the particular given option (Zoho Mail Admin App, Inbox Insight, and Zoho Mail) otherwise click on Skip.
Click on Control Panel once completed all the requirements, then you will be able to see the following page:
Similar following page will appear as follows if you do the above process for your custom Mail Id.

In order to see the Dashboard page click on the Dashboard option left side Top corner.
After this now we should open Zoho mail in another Tab and we can start sending Mails from the Custom Mail which we created above.Similar following page will appear as follows if you do the above process for your custom Mail Id.
